How do I get my money back if I’m not satisfied?

If you’re not happy with your product for ANY reason within 30 days of purchase, simply contact our customer service department and one of our representatives will talk you through how to ship your product back to us. Once we have received your product, we will issue you your money back. It’s that simple.

Some products will be covered by our new 365 day money back guarantee. This guarantee will apply to the specific products with orders placed on our website after November 20, 2021. We will offer a refund (minus shipping expenses) for up to 365 consecutive days after your purchase date. We accept unopened bottle returns within one year of purchase. Bottles that have been opened, used, partially used, or had their security seals broken adhere to a separate return guideline. Returns on opened or used bottles are limited to two bottles, per product, per order. We are unable to refund more than two opened bottles per order number. We will allow one refund transaction per product order (specific to that particular product), per household, under our one year money-back guarantee. We reserve the right to approve or deny refund orders that relate to a product previously returned, or if any return is deemed excessive. The 365 day guarantee does not apply to wholesale or bulk orders or orders on other websites or retailers. For orders over 30 days there is a non-negotiable 15% return processing fee deducted from the total refund amount that you will receive once the return is approved, product shipped back, and processed fully by us.

Once I place my order, will anything be sent/billed to me in the future?

No. You will only be billed for what you order on any given day, and nothing more. You will only be shipped the products that you order. Rest assured, you’ll NEVER be automatically billed for anything.

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, as well as Paypal.

What shipping methods are available to me?

We offer free shipping for all shipping destinations in Mainland USA. Free shipping transit times are usually 3-5 business days. We also offer expedited 2 day and priority 1 day shipping.

Non-mainland USA shipping destinations like Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico will be extra due to the higher cost of shipping. Transit times to these places are also longer at around 4-8 business days.

International Shipping

How can I track my shipment?

An email will be sent to you with your tracking information within 1-3 days of your order. If you can’t locate this information and have tracking questions about your shipment, just contact us and a representative can assist you.

Where is Wholesome Wellness located?

Our headquarters are located in Portland, Oregon. We have a distribution centers across the USA. All of our products are manufactured in the USA in a GMP and FDA certified facility.
